D/A knives are definitely considered automatics.

    Sorry, my friend.

    Yeah, thought so.
    Ho hum...
    Thanks though, Jason.

Let that be a lesson to all you Sneaky McSneakersons out there.

That bums me out Marty..that you can't carry and enjoy an auto knife. (Legally) that is.. I'm sure you have to feel like rebelling just because the law is so stupid.. The principle of it is just ludicrous to me. Knife laws in general are lame..

    It bums me out too...
There's only a handful of autos I would buy if I could. I really enjoy the simplicity of a manual knife. But there are some autos I'd probably go after if it were legally copacetic.

It's okay though. At least there's many other Zbenchmade options to keep me preoccupied.

A man should be able to watch sports center whilst cycling his infidel..

Hidden release autos are still autos. The way to legally ship autos across across state lines is to have the spring(s) removed first. The new owner then has to install the spring(s) again.

Other than that, we'll have to wait till the day the federal switchblade ban is lifted and embrace the victory.

AKTI is working on it currently, I believe.

Knife Rights is working on repeals too, mostly state by state for now. Good strategy because the federal government won't consider lifting the federal ban in one shot.
