If Rolan is receiving the money from agony and Rolan is shipping the knives from the store, I'm confused on why we need the volunteer?
If the Russian volunteer is only shipping the knives, why can't Rolan do it?

Sorry guys, wasn't able to get online until now.

I haven't received any messages from Rolan yet, but will send a message shortly.

Before I reply to any of the PM's I've receieved so far, I need to find out the details of the transaction first to make sure it's feasible.
The last time I received the Russian Ares, it was through someone who actually flew from Moscow to the US and brought the knives personally. I honestly can't remember how (was it Neuro?) the last deal went through when 5 or 6 of the Russian Ares#2 came to the US...were they shipped or did someone bring them in from Moscow personally?

I will update on this thread when I hear back from Rolan.

@agony - yes it was I who met face to face with the courier and exchanged cash for product.
mhasman had got a handful of them over before that. It was what kick started the second run.

I do not shipping- only to purchase it for all and transfer in Moscow to somebody who can take it to US !!!

I only got 3, for myself, agony and somebody else. My wife was traveling to Moscow, and brought those knives to US. By the way, I just asked her, she said that we can use her as a courier again if she gets free flight tickets

Okay, here's the deal:
-If we're going to do this, money transfer has to be made to Moscow before Thursday.
-Then, there will be a volunteer courier who is flying to the US, but will be landing in NYC. So we need a member who is close to NYC to meet the courier personally and take possession of the knives.

So not sure how this is going to work out. If there's anyone here interested in one of these knives and is in the metro NYC area, then we have a shot. If not, the deal won't go through.

There are problems with the withdrawal of money from PayPal in Russia, as well as the transfer of money here. I know this from experience of several colleagues.

There is no any issue with PP in Russia. PP supports money withdrawal to connected bank accounts as well, also does currency exchange per better rate then your bank.

Okay everyone who wants in on this deal contact me asap.
Cost will be $310 per knife. I will cover shipping to you once the knives are in my hands. Member Patrick will be able to meet the courier in NYC. He will arrive there on December 7th. I will cover the shipping from NYC to me here in WV and ship from here.

Rolan, will you only take Western Union or will as mhasman stated you be able to take PayPal?

Just got PM from Rolan....
We need all funds by 9PMMIDNIGHT EST tonight at the latest.
So far, the only other person besides myself committed to this deal is nativetexan.

Everyone else, please respond if you want in by tonight 9pm EST.
I know it's a rush, but this is the best we can do in hopes of acquiring this particular Ares.
