The new Freek
Just received mine today and it is amazing! I didn't think anything could replace my 710 but this one is going into the rotation.

Had mine a few days...for the money it's the best buy out there. It's like having a brand new beater for the people that really use a knife.Dont get me wrong I like fancy nice knives but I can reach in my pocket and get this one and tackle any task and not worry about messing up a nice knife. Blade shape is almost identical to the Ritter. 0 -
Would love to read a compare and contrast to the Grip. Why would someone buy one instead of the other? ...well, S30V for starters, I guess... 0 -
I seen one in their new catalog and really liked the looks of it. According to the specs, the blade is slightly thinner than the one on the Griptilian. How thin is the blade tip on the Freek? I don't pry with my knives I just prefer thicker blade stock. 0 -

They're actually the same blade thickness for all intents and purposes. In reality, it's the higher bevel that makes more of a difference in tip strength than anything.0 -
Oh ok, thanks for the info I didn't know that. 0
