[940-1] Is this Fake or Real? [Issue Resolved]

Hello,
I just purchased Benchmade 940-1 from Amazon.ca
and I really wanted to ask you guys is this fake or not.
It's little bit different with any 940-1 videos or pictures...

for example, My 940-1 pocket clip says "BENCHMADE" instead of "BENCHMDAE USE".

When I asked the seller, he told me new benchmade knifes from 2017 don't have "BENCHMADE USA" Clip on it...

Please help me to figure out this is real or not...

  /|\ Looks real to me. Benchmade will send you a new clip. I prefer split arrow on 940's

  However, can some one please explain me how can I know this is real or not?
  is there any main difference?
  I been searching counterfeit 940-1 pictures and I dont see difference between real 940-1 and fake...

  As for the exact details on how to tell the difference between a legit knife and a counterfeit.
  
  We have been specifically asked by Benchmade to not discuss those exact differences on an open forum, so as to not provide the bad guys with details on how to correct their mistakes.
  
  
  I know, that makes it tough for the new-to-the-brand people that legitimately want to learn and protect themselves, but I agree with BMK in that it helps us all in the long run.
  
  
  The best thing you can do is hang out here, ask lots of questions, looks at lots of pictures (the people here tend to be image whores, in a good way). It won't take too long before you can start to see the differences yourself.
  
  
  And the absolute best thing you can do if you are not sure; post a pic and ask.
