Benchmade Balisong value questions
Hello,
Looking for some help "appraising" the following knives in the given conditions:
Brand new 47 Tanto (440C blade), never used in box

and
slightly used 40T (440C blade and unfinished handles), no box

It all depends on how bad someone wants them. However, the site you linked will tell you a price that they would pay for them if you contact them. That will give you a place to start.

Already did that bud and waiting on that, but you know how they'll roll wanting to make profit and all, thanks though. I have a number in mind but I'm seeing what an uninterested 3rd party would put them at...? 0 -

Id say thats about right for the set. Dependint on condition.
I dont think that is gouging. Its simply supply and demand.
To someone like myself who isnt really into bali's that much. If I could buy them for $300 I would probably list them for $400. However, they might sell to someone who is looking for them for a lot more then that.0 -
These numbers in general seem to match the general consensus on what these are worth. Impressive how these have matured in value, I wouldn't have guessed it. Thanks for the info and I'll consider this answered! 0 -
Sorry, meant to imply that anything above $450 is gouging which really does hurt us all in the end. 0
