I would Email Benchmade knife company ........

He took a knife apart in video-lost warranties,
only some member can help him now.0 -
Incomprehensible policy of firm Banchmade. All process of sorting out of knife is taken off, evidently, that springs are damaged, I do not want from for it to send my knife to them. Simpler to deport the complete set of springs them. I in fact will not forgive to deport a blade to me! Zero Tolerance without problems sends the damaged details. That I must think of knives of company Banchmade at which a spring breaks a secret in 15 days of exploitation. 0 -
Hi- did you get the replacement parts? Do you know how to put it back together if you get the parts? I ask because I've taken many other brands apart that were not as nicely made and it is hard to reassemble them. Can someone here purchase in the US the springs and just send them to you. They are such nice knives I hate the idea of you giving up on them because of a bad customer relations experience. I am in Manufacturing myself and I can tell you sometimes customers just have bad experiences I can not help and with a company the size of Benchmade you may have just gotten put into the this rule applies group.
I hate to hear about your issues. Let me know if you got your parts and can you reassemble your knife. And by the way your English is very good so no need to worry over that. I can't even spell and English is my one and only language. I have nothing to do with benchmade knives other than as a new user myself but if I can help in any small way I will.

Did you get this sorted out?
Contact Benchmade and they should help. You would have to take the knife apart to fix it anyways, although you still did violate the warranty. Maybe they'll charge you?
You can also make them yourself out of piano wire.0 -
I'm sorry you broke your knife. You did violate their terms, but they probably sell the springs due to normal wear and tear. 0 -

Nope. For folks in the US, they will not send out the springs. The knife must be returned to them for repair. For overseas folks, I've heard of them sending springs, but I don't know how common that is.0
