I think a lot of us agree. Someone (carson maybe) has a satin proto.

+100 I have been thinking about getting the Adamas with Tan scales. But a stone washed/satin finish (M390) with black grips would be great.

Very nice. Good color choice for scales.

Yep, we need it in stonewashed S30V or M390.

Carbon Fibers scales would be cool too eh?

    +1 To carbon.

So the big question is, is there enough interest to sell 300 of custom Adamas's as a forum knife? I would take 2 but are there enough who would take a knife this big?

Not even the slightest bit of interest from me, thank you anyway.

This image makes me think the Adamas folder would look fantastic in the "clear" (grey) ceracoat, as on the forum knife, and grey G-10 scales.

I don't see the 275 working as a forum knife, I'm guessing it would be a lot harder to get them sold than it was with the 950.

I do hope we see a 275 LE at some point though, I would love to have an uncoated 275, or even coated M4...

I think you are right, especially to move 300. I just had to throw the question out there. I would definitely want a LE as well.

    Si.

No painted G10 though. Make it truly colored or just black dang it.

Black G-10 and a satin/stonewashed finished blade or I'm not interested.

The 275 does nothing for me.

    You suck!

Hehehehe, no, of course you don't suck... but the the Adamas is one of the most amazing production folding knives ever produced. I have not yet defined for myself what you really gain from all that mass and strength, as far as a cutting tool goes, but whatever it is, the Adamas does it better than almost anything else.

Yeah, sure, whatever...it ain't the finish that defines the Adamas. The thing is a tank. **** it up...I dare you.
