Spring upgrades

I have a AFO II and it deploys pretty fast and has some guts to it. Be careful as putting a new spring in could cause excessive wear on parts and void the warranty with benchmdade. Benchmade autos deploy pretty fast, how much faster are you trying to get the knife to do?

    talking about knifekits.com?

I've used 'em for replacements before and in my opinion it's well worth getting several springs considering the cost of shipping.

Ya I saw the springs on knifekits. I had Presidio 5000 that I thought could use just a little more kick so a upgrade is what I had in mind.

Would these springs work for a 580/1?

I was just looking at these. I just got a new 3200 and am kind of let down by the stregth and speed of the blade (IT MUST GO FASTER!). It seems pretty lethargic compared to other autos I've handled. I do think as the button breaks in it will deploy a little faster but but there is no changing the strength of it unless i put a new spring in. Does anyone know what size spring it might take? I'd rather not have to take it apart, measure and then have to wait for a new spring to come.
