doneal92, I never listen to DJ...I just buy most of my knives from him.
My favorite EDC is a Benchmade 710 with M4 blade steel. It weighs abut 4.6 oz. and the blade is 4" in length. Those are numbers that work for me. When you find the weight and length you like, I'm sure there will be some great Benchmades we can recommend.

Thanks guys and I guess I'm not really to picky heavier knives don't really bother me just won't know about the 275 till tomorrow it will be the heaviest I have tried carrying. If it gives you and idea of weight and length I like I've been carrying a Camillus Cuda.I like the Cuda I just wanna start carrying better quality stuff thats American made. 0 -
OK, the Benchmade 710 is about the same size and weight as the Cuda. The Cuda has a 3.8" blade as compared to 4.0" for the 710. The Cuda weighs 4.8 oz. as compared to 4.6 oz for the 710. So, in your quest to find the perfect knife, be sure to check out the 710. I think 710's are still available with M390 Steel which would be a big upgrade from the AUS 8 of the Cuda. You will also most likely find the Axis Lock on the 710 to be the best you've handled...it was for me.quote:doneal92 wrote...If it gives you and idea of weight and length I like I've been carrying a Camillus Cuda.I like the Cuda I just wanna start carrying better quality stuff thats American made.0 -
