Seems like every time I see an original 610 for sale in good shape, it's $150-200 more than I think it's worth. Then it sells in a day. So I think you've got a good idea here, Archer. (But I'd like the original scales on the 2018 version).

If ever there is was a discontinued knife to put back into production, the 610 Rukus is IT! With a steel upgrade, this would surely be a wicked-hot seller. The secondary market is still in love with this model. Even to this very day, people will pay the absurd asking prices to obtain one. I’d rather see Benchmade capitalize on such purchases, with a revamped 610 Rukus in M390/M4, as opposed to eBay. Trust me, BKC... The lust for this model is alive and well at present day. If not a rerelease, then a similarly designed AXIS folder of that size would be in order to appease the masses.

Yep, I'm on board with this too. I see them on E Bay all the time, but can't seem to pull the trigger on one. Especially since I usually see them in the $400-500 range. Too much for me to spend.

    Wholeheartedly behind this suggestion.

Unfortunately, we've suggested it before to no effect. But you never know. Jason seems to have somewhat tipped the playing field regarding what is possible...

One thing about it, if Benchmade could make them, say a forum LE of 200 or so, there is no question that they would sell out.

I would be down for one. I am with Po on producing a 610 forum LE. They would defiantly sell out. It is a no brainer, what do you say Benchmade?

I’ve always loved my Mini, and sorry to have missed the Full Size. I’m in.

I would go for one, but not before an AFCK...

In support and protest I will break out one of my 610 safe queens carry it 24/7 even clipped to my PJ's at night.

Hopefully you’ve got a drawstring built into your bottoms. If not...
Hey, you know what would fix that problem?
Benchmade could release a limited 610 with full CF scales and cross drilled liners to lighten things up a bit. But when has lightweight carry ever been a concern for 610 lovers? AmIright?!

I have to hold on to my dreams. They are not all that I have, but they still move me. At this moment, I am dreaming of a 610 LE with a M4 blade, and one piece carbon fiber scales milled like the 615-2 SHOT show LE:

That would be a most amazing knife. The scales on the recent one piece mini versions have so much depth and texture, Icant imagine how gorgeous the CF would be in that pattern....
