800-1001 Ti Lockbar Wear?
Has anyone carried and used one of these enough to experience any noticeable wear on the lockbar face. What is (or would be) the remedy if that were to happen, considering the limited availability of spares?

Well, I'm sure you know that replacing the liner would be the only way to repair a worn lock leaf. Or, there may be something one could do with the stop pin. Are you sure Benchmade didn't make some spares when they produced the 800-1001?
Either way, the liners last a long time. I pretty much used up the blade on one of the old ATS-34 AFCKs before the lock leaf wore out.0 -
You could Carbidize the lockbar face if it isn't already to far over this will help increase the wear resistance. Or you could have a new stop pin made if it is traveling to far. 0
