Are you sure you’re not just double posting this low quality pic to the Forum, and then triple posting it to FB? Maybe you ought to be working on your customer service skills instead... Maybe you’ve got time to finally work on your poor grammar, too...? While you’re at it, open a dictionary and look up the word “honesty”. I know you haven’t a clue what that means, but if you’re going to accept people’s money only to notoriously miss your deadlines, at least include a disclaimer stating “We treat our customers like dirt (but still want their money) and will be dishonest a few times regarding whenever it is we get around to shipping your product”.

On opposite side my personnel experience couldn’t have been better. Communication was great, handles came timely, easy to install, very happy with my G10 scales & would buy again.0 -

That guy on instagram was a complete ass over the whole situation.I was talking to Doat about that guy. He got on there and spun a bunch of lies and threw a tantrum making youtube videos all the while saying how great the product was. Ask around facebook benchie has been top notch and treated me great on my two purchases. Just my experience.

1) What lies are you claiming Alchem_1 told on YouTube? Tantrum? No. He shared his less than satisfactory experience, quite transparently.
2) I have never referenced Benchieking’s products, because I have never purchased them, because I choose not to do business with scum.
3) Alchemy_1 did indeed give praise to the product, but took issue with poor execution of business and customer service. Why would he do that if it weren’t true?
4) Bladechimp & Bill Hammer: I’m glad to hear that your experiences were positive. It’s your $, and I won’t tell you how to spend it. Best of luck in future business ventures with Benchieking - You’ll apparently need it. I sincerely hope you don’t endure the nightmarish treatment experienced by Alchemy_1 and many others when a problem arises.
5) Yes, missing a deadline does make you a dishonest person if said person set the deadline.
6) More than 1 deadline was missed.
7) Lying about about a deadline and giving false info regarding shipment of a customer’s product qualifies you as a VERY dishonest person.
8) I don’t hate anyone, but I do indeed take issue with Benchieking’s character (or lack thereof), and for good reason. For many reasons, actually. Anyone who’s been part of this Forum since Benchieking’s inception should understand why. However, first and foremost, ‘the customer is always right’. What I find most deplorable are shady businesses who disregard the best interests of their paying customers.
9) Will it take posting on YouTube & Instagram when a problem arises to be refunded?

This is all more work of "The Crew" as we all call you on Facebook. I don't personally know benchieking from adam but have been treated fairly in all my transactions and he has been helpful when I had questions about my knife on Facebook.
I found this forum as well as those products because of multiple referrals on Facebook. Since I have been here I have been ignored, spoken to rudely when someone did acknowledge me and I know none of you! All because I purchased a product or acknowledge posts from a guy you don't like for what ever deep seeded hate or jealousy brewing.
Marty can you with 100 percent certainty say everything you posted is fact? Do you have both sides to the story because there is always two. Or did you just find something you thought was dirt and amusing and start spreading #fakenews.
I saw the messages that guy wrote on IG and he is not telling the whole truth. Since it was made public and he made it public on YouTube if it were my business I would post them for everyone to see what he did.
I happen to contact DOAT for scales before this even came to light and found out he was also in on the slandering on Instagram, which I promptly put my order on the back burner. Someone in the same business has no business even chiming in, just like Keyman. Of course they don't like him, he is competition.
Seems like the classic case of being jealous of someone who can make all the little stuff everyone wants and now you guys are mad about it because you all claimed benchieking was lying to you when he said he made stuff so it made you look stupid.
Ya I read all the old posts. Start acting like a community instead of the good old boys only club.

Could you explain in detail 1-4 of your statements, I mean hell lets at least get some facts going. I see 40 complaints a day about Benchmade on Facebook and how people were screwed over, off center knife, late deliveries, poor quality control, etc... I take it all with a grain of salt. My experiences haven't reflected that with Benchmade and people lime to complain online0 -
You are missing something alright, all the insults benchieking layed on Keyman and DOAT in order to tout his own stuff.
I get along with virtually everyone on here except benchie, and you. Mebbe because of all the completely unprovoked personal insults benchie layed on me.
There are reasons why benchie is considered a jackass by so many people here. You reap what you sow.

It's very simple. We have a maximum capacity per day. If that gets exceeded that generates a wait time. Sometimes that can happen in a matter of hours before anything gets updated.
Reading before you order can save a lot of headaches. The instructions are clearly posted on our ordering page if someone is in a hurry.
The whole point was to show off some new knives and yet again derailed by drama of people worrying about what I do and trying to sling mud for some reason. Don't be mad at me I am just having some fun building some fun stuff. A lot of people on here have my products so if anyone was mishandled please step forwardBack to it before we are off to Shot Show

Not that anyone really cares, but I thought I'd voice my own thoughts here. When Benchie first came along (or at least when I first became aware of him), he seemed rude to me. Made a lot of disparaging comments here about members of the forum. Frankly, I wasn't too impressed with the reaction that this received. Sure, people were upset, and fired back. The end result is that there seemed to be two sides both misbehaving to each other.
Later, I had occasion to purchase two sets of scales from Benchie. They were very good quality. One set arrived when they were supposed to, one was delayed. The delay also came with communication, so I had no issue with it.
I think tempers and feelings got stepped on a bit here, and it's too bad. It's my feeling that if everybody was able to step back, cooler heads would prevail, and everyone might be ok.
I haven't been too active here over the past year because my interests went some different directions towards a couple of other knife companies.
Sorry to drop back in here this week and find all this brewing. Again.0 -

Po hasn't ran anyone off this forum so quit talking out of your ass. Po and I are about the exact opposite on the political spectrum and we get along fine on this forum.0
