stripped screws

managed to strip some of the screws on my volli. any ideas on how to get them out?

  You could probably get them out, but then you wouldn't have any similar screws to replace them with, so wouldn't it just be easier to send the knife into Benchmade and get it back in 16 to 18 working days with all new screws?
