Might have the wrong model number because the 525 has never come with a liner lock.

I hope you guys can view the picture. It definitely is marked 525. I guess I am not sure if it even is a carabiner clip on the back, I just assumed it was.

I would think so too. A 525 liner lock?

No problems with it. It is a bit cumbersome to edc it. More of a specialty knife, tool box knife maybe.
Feel free to ask about your current or further Benchmades here. We can help you authenticate them.

Just buy in the USA from a reputable dealer (store) and you shouldnt have any problems.

Yes , but to be fair ......and maybe a Tad cheaper ,
I,d go with knifeworks , GP knives or new gram knives
But yes KC is a good dealer (reputable)

I believe most USA dealers to be good.
Watch out for china or hong kong based places.

the 8600 is a knife I think you really want to try before you buy. If you can find a local knife store or somewhere to handle one. They're pretty big and strangely shaped for a pocket.

Check the WTS section - there is an 8600 up for sale there.
